In one of our most high-impact deployments to date, we partnered with a major medical facility in Houston, Texas, to provide comprehensive, around-the-clock security coverage. With hundreds of staff, patients, and visitors flowing through the facility daily, the stakes were high—and failure was not an option.
The facility required full-spectrum protection, covering both interior and exterior areas, multiple access points, and a sprawling parking infrastructure. Our mission was to secure the premises, maintain safety and order, and provide rapid response support in collaboration with local law enforcement and first responders.
Scope of Work
- 24/7 On-Site Security Coverage: Armed and unarmed guards positioned at all strategic entrances, exits, and critical zones.
- Interior & Exterior Patrols: Mobile and foot patrols maintained a visible, proactive presence throughout the property.
- Surveillance Monitoring: Integrated camera surveillance systems with live feed monitoring and incident response protocols.
- Police & First Responder Collaboration: Real-time communication protocols established to support law enforcement and emergency response.
- Parking Lot Management: Security officers assigned to monitor and direct traffic, deter suspicious activity, and enforce facility parking policies.
- Guest Check-In Oversight: Security personnel managed visitor logs, ID verification, and issued temporary badges.
- Employee, Vendor & Visitor Escorts: Escorts were provided during night shifts or on request for safety assurance.
Key Successes
- Zero Major Incidents: Over a 6-month initial deployment, there were no major breaches, thefts, or altercations.
- Rapid Response Protocols: Officers successfully de-escalated four incidents and coordinated with Houston PD for two high-risk medical emergencies.
- Operational Efficiency: Visitor flow and traffic management improved, reducing delays during peak hours.
- Client Satisfaction: The facility’s leadership team reported a marked improvement in employee confidence and patient satisfaction scores related to safety.
Retro Report & Analysis
